Jenesis didn't start as a concept. It started as a feeling.
During frequent stays in Toronto through a family illness, our founder lived inside a culture where wellness, movement, and elevated self-care were simply part of the everyday. Coming home to Sault Ste. Marie, something felt missing. There was no space that brought people together to feel better—physically, mentally, socially. Nothing that blended results-driven treatments with connection and intention.
So she took her medical career and built one. We are officially one of the first RRT-owned and led medical spas in Canada.
Jenesis began in 2024 as a modest 700 sq. ft. space—two treatment rooms, one bigger vision: to create more than appointments. What started small became something people didn't just visit, but returned to, for the way it made them feel.
That same vision is shaping The Jayl House (launching end of September 2026)—a space for the early risers, the high performers, the burnt-out, and anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, or each other.
Everything we do is rooted in intention. From the moment you walk through our doors, every detail is considered—so you don't just leave looking better, you leave feeling it too.
This was never just about services. It was about creating the space we felt was missing.

Founder + Lead Injector
Tianna McCuaig, RRT
With a background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, our founder built a strong foundation in client care, safety, and a deep commitment to improving overall wellness. That medical expertise, combined with a long-standing passion for aesthetics, led her to pursue a career as an Aesthetic Injector—training alongside some of the top injectors in Toronto, who continue to mentor and support her journey. She works under the medical direction and delegation of Dr. Andrew Dargie.
Lead Medical Aesthetician
Dakota Rouse
After graduating with honours from the Medical Aesthetician program at St. Clair College in 2023, Dakota advanced her expertise through specialized certifications in dermaplaning, laser hair removal, and lymphatic drainage. Her calm, welcoming presence creates a truly luxurious experience, while every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to enhance each client’s natural beauty and leave them feeling confident, refreshed, and restored.
Manicurist
Celina Leithnen, MLT
As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, Celina brings a high level of precision and attention to detail into every aspect of her work.
A two-time certified manicurist specializing in Russian techniques, she is known for her meticulous, refined approach, delivering elevated nail services with exceptional care, strict sanitization protocols and pure artistry.
Esthetician
Tess McLeod
Tess brings her expertise for the most important details and the kind of care you feel long after the appointment ends. From Russian manicures and Head Spa experiences to custom facials and lash + brow work, she offers everything with precision and perfection.
Her approach is slow and intentional. Every service is designed to leave you looking refreshed and give you a moment that's entirely your own.
Wellness Coordinator/Receptionist

Aurora is one of the welcoming faces at Jenesis & The Jayl House, serving as a Wellness Coordinator and Receptionist.
As the younger sister of our founder, she has grown alongside the vision of this space and shares a deep connection to the heart of our brand. With a warm presence and a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable, Aurora helps guide your experience from the moment you arrive, ensuring every visit feels seamless and cared for.
